Important: The start of pre-sales depends on the final confirmed delivery quantities from our suppliers. Therefore, it may happen that a product is not available for pre-order online and is only offered in our stores.

Due to the very high demand, we will not start pre-sales until we have received the final confirmed allocation quantities from our suppliers.

In this way, we avoid overselling and can offer the available quantities as accurately as possible.

We currently do not offer a notification function for the start of a presale.

However, you can add your desired products to your wishlist and keep an eye on our website and social media channels regularly.

To ensure that as many customers as possible have the chance to get their hands on the products, the Pokémon TCG: 30th Anniversary Set is generally limited to 1 per customer or household, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We reserve the right to cancel multiple orders in whole or in part without notice.

A successful pre-order means that an appropriate quantity has been reserved for your order.
