From an order value of CHF 50, we cover the shipping costs including Track & Trace
Lightning-fast delivery
Orders placed before 5:30 p.m. will be delivered the next working day (if available).
Change of address after order completion
Once the order has been completed, neither the billing nor the delivery address can be changed. In such cases, please cancel your order and place it again with the correct address. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service (info@softridge.ch).
Shipping methods

• A Mail dispatch incl. tracking (free of charge from CHF 50)
• Registered CHF 5.- (insured)
• Pick-up: Zurich main station (free of charge)
• Pickup: Central (free)

Delivery area
We ship exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Package not received
If your shipment does not arrive (e.g. due to theft or loss), please report this immediately in writing by e-mail to info@softridge.ch. File a police report and send us a copy for further clarification. 
Package Insurance & Liability
Swiss Post's liability depends on the method of delivery:

• Registered letter: up to CHF 500
• Registered parcel: up to CHF 1,500
• Priority package: up to CHF 500
• A Letters: uninsured
