How are the codes delivered?

For digital products, there is no physical shipping. You can find the codes in your customer account under "Purchased codes". Important to note: The codes are classified under 2 tabs, "Digital Products" (when buying games or add-ons) & "Subscriptions & Prepaid Cards" (when buying subscriptions or credit).

How do I receive the invoice?

For digital products, the invoice is not physically sent. You can find them in your customer account under "Documents" as a PDF download.

Where can I redeem the codes?

This depends on the code ordered. In the detail view of the digital product as well as in your customer account under the item "Purchased codes" you will find the respective platform on which a code can be redeemed.

I am a new customer. Will I also receive the keys immediately?

Unfortunately not. We can only send digital products to new customers after re-registering with us and verifying their age.

I get an error message when redeeming the code. What can I do?

If you're having trouble with your purchased code, try redeeming the code at a later date. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you report directly to the respective manufacturer.

Can I return an unused code?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Digital products are excluded from the right of return and exchange and cannot be returned or cancelled retrospectively.

When can I play future novelties?

The game will be playable on the respective release day.
