THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL is the sequel to THEATRHYTHM™ FINAL FANTASY® released in July 2012 for the Nintendo 3DS, and contains three times as many songs and twice as many playable characters as its predecessor.
In addition, two new game modes are available: Quest Medleys, in which you alternate between FMS (Field Music Stage) and BMS (Battle Music Stage) – and the exciting Versus (BMS) mode, in which players can challenge friends and other players. The game also includes a number of customization options and development elements for which the FINAL FANTASY series is known.
THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL lets players with over 200 songs and over 60 playable characters from the entire FINAL FANTASY series – including FINAL FANTASY VII: Advent Children®, FINAL FANTASY TACTICS® and the recently released LIGHTNING RETURNS™: FINAL FANTASY XIII and FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn® - relive their favorite moments as they make their way through the final.
"Music is an integral part of the FINAL FANTASY experience, it complements gameplay," says producer Ichiro Hazama. "As in the previous title, we imagined a game that focuses on music and the RPG gameplay complements that experience. This will be a feast for our fans when they can relive their favourite songs from the entire FINAL FANTASY repertoire."
Features:
• Versus Battle Mode - Players can now compete against friends and other players in one-on-one battles
• Quest Medley Mode – Songs from the extensive FINAL FANTASY repertoire are used as backgrounds for unique missions; Players can choose their own path in various short, medium and long missions. These missions can also be shared with friends.
• New Characters – The game includes more than 60 characters from across the series, including Barret (FINAL FANTASY VII) and Yuna (FINAL FANTASY X-2). Characters from offshoots such as Benjamin (FINAL FANTASY MYSTIC QUEST), Ramza (FINAL FANTASY TACTICS) and Zack (CRISIS CORE® -FINAL FANTASY VII-) also make their debut in this game.
• Collecta Crystarium – Playing songs and victories in battles allows players to collect CollectaCards to improve their parameters.
