Classic side-scrolling Mario action takes on a whole new dimension with the new Miracle Flowers! These special items trigger spectacular experiences that simply have to be seen: tubes come to life, you turn into an all-destroying spiked orb and you experience many other surprises called "miracles"!

Features:

• One day, in the flower kingdom... - Prince Florian has invited Mario and his friends to visit, but an old acquaintance pays his respects uninvited! While Bowser's troops disrupt the welcome party, the king of the Koopas steals a miracle flower, merges with Prince Florian's castle and henceforth wreaks havoc as a flying fortress! The magic of the miracle flower covers the entire kingdom and triggers all kinds of strange things. While Castle Bowser wreaks havoc, the tour group from the Mushroom Kingdom must do everything they can to fix the situation!
• A world of wonders awaits! - There's a miracle flower in each level - if you pick it up, anything can happen! Tubes come to life, the world is upside down, Rollfs jump around, a herd of Gallopteros storms in, you fall from the sky or fly through space... You never know what's coming next. Maybe even YOU will take on a whole new form! Miracle flowers are often well hidden, so keep an eye out for suspicious spots!
• Everyone is there! - Choose your favorite character and jump into the adventure. With twelve playable characters, you have more choice than in any other Super Mario game!
• Play Together - The world of Super Mario Bros. Wonder is even more fun when you enter it with others! You can play together locally or online and protect the Flower Kingdom from Bowser as a team... or just enjoy certain advantages in your solo adventure by playing online.
• Local Play (2-4 players) - Invite up to three friends to play together on one console! You support each other by reviving each other's phantoms in emergencies or by letting fellow players ride on your back as Yoshi!
• Online Play (2-4 players) - Open an online room for up to twelve players and invite your friends! You can play the levels as usual and collect Miracle Seeds together, or you can race in any level - who will reach the finish line first?
• Online Connection - As you play levels, you'll see the ghosts of other online players from around the world, as well as displays placed by them. Once you've become a phantom, you can touch ghosts or stands to be revived, and of course, you can also place stands yourself to help others. If you support other online players, you'll be rewarded with Heart Points!
• Power-ups of all kinds! - In addition to the old familiar ones like Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Super Star, Super Mario Bros. Wonder brings a few new power-ups to the game! Three new transformations will help you take on Bowser and his minions.
• Tons of badges! - Badges give you unique abilities or bonuses that can help you beat a level. You can get them for passing special badge test levels or in certain Poplin Shops on the map. You can equip yourself with exactly one badge for each level, even when playing in a team with friends. Try out different badges and find one that best helps you with each level!
