Belle (Blu-ray)

The life of 17-year-old Suzu, who lives with her father in a small village, changes abruptly when she registers on the platform "U" - a virtual world with five billion users. The avatar of the shy Suzu is the beautiful and graceful Belle. In the protective anonymity of the online world, the young schoolgirl overcomes her self-doubt and rises to become a world-famous star overnight. The whole world wants to know: Who is Belle? However, the success is soon overshadowed: Belle's concert performance is interrupted by the arrival of a mysterious being. The "beast" is up to mischief in the virtual expanses of "U" and wants to destroy the peaceful atmosphere. Fascinated by the menacing-looking troublemaker, Belle sets out to unravel the mystery surrounding him.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST for the TikTok generation: With BELLE, Oscar-nominated® director Mamoru Hosoda once again presents a visionary and emotional story. Accompanied by designs by Tomm Moore (THE MELODY OF THE SEA) and Jin Kim (FROZEN, ENCANTO), the viewer experiences a cyber fairy tale of a special kind.
