Welcome to the Splatsville district, a sweltering desert inhabited by battle-hardened Inklingen and Octolingen. At the heart of this dusty no-man's-land lies the city of chaos, Splatsville.

This desolate patch of earth is all about thrilling turf wars.* Adrenaline-pumping ink battles are fought in new arenas in the middle of the wilderness around Splatsville.

Fighters enter the color battle with dynamic new abilities that allow them to dodge attacks and color even more floor space. Their arsenal is expanded to include a bow-shaped weapon. 

"The Return of the Mammalians"
In Splatoon 3's story mode, you go into battle as No. 3 against the evil Octarian army. Discover the secrets of Alterna, the Fluffy Plasma, and its connection to the "Return of the Mammalians".

Salmon Run – The Next Wave
In the cooperative multiplayer mode Salmon Run, the salmonids are back and have some surprises in store for the Inklings and Octolings!
