Japan, 1863. After three centuries of tyranny by the Tokugawa shogunate, the Black Ships of the West arrive at the borders of the country, which then descends into chaos. Surrounded by war, plague and political unrest, an unnamed warrior chooses his own path, holding the fate of Japan in his hands.
