Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon UltraMoon for Nintendo 3DS family systems offer an alternative story that plays in the same world as Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon.

There are also new Pokémon that didn't find in Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon, and there are new elements that make the adventure even more entertaining.

Return to Alola ...
Ominous, dark clouds tower in the sky above the Alola region, the setting of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultramoon. These adventures unfold an epic story about the three Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo, Lunala and Necrozma. The veil that lay over the secrets of Necrozma and Alola in the past games is finally being lifted.

... and explore worlds beyond!
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra moon, you can explore the different worlds waiting for you at the other end of the Ultra Gate. Within the Ultragate you will find numerous warp holes that lead you into the most diverse worlds. Try to discover as many of them as possible! You can even visit the home worlds of the mysterious ultra beasts!

Meet the Ultra Research Team
The Ultra research team is a mysterious group that comes from a world beyond an ultragate. Why do you think they have taken the long way to the Alola region? Players will experience the story from slightly different perspectives, depending on which of the two editions they play. In Pokémon Ultra Sun, Darus and Amamo (pictured left) will play a central role, while in Pokémon Ultramoon Mirin and Cyonir will take on the role.

Discover more than 400 Pokémon
More than 400 Pokémon are to be discovered in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultramoon, many of which are in vain in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. You'll only encounter some of these Pokémon depending on the version you're playing. For example, at the same place with high grass where Dog Mon appears in Pokémon Ultra Sun, Voltenso appears in Pokémon Ultramoon. You'll also meet new ultra beasts on your adventure in Alola!

Features:

• New Look: At the beginning of the game, the player can choose between two characters. For Pokémon UltraSun and Pokémon Ultramoon, they have been redesigned and now appear in a fresh look.
• Wolwerock (twilight shape): In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra moon, the Pokémon Wuffels can develop into another form in addition to the day and night form: the twilight form. It exhibits day-form behaviors, but as soon as it attacks, its eyes light up red, as in the night form.
• Z-force ring: Z attacks are powerful attacks first introduced in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. Players will now receive a new Z-Force Ring throughout the game, allowing them to use an even greater variety of Z attacks.
• Undiscovered secrets: Dark clouds are rising over the Alola region, revealing secrets that have remained hidden until then.
