Once envied by the rest of the Western world, the city is now in a time of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV in the fight against doom.

Amid the chaos, three completely different criminals forge their own survival and success plans: Franklin, a former street gangster waiting for the right opportunity and big money; Michael, an experienced criminal and ex-prisoner whose retirement is far less rosy than hoped; and Trevor, a brutal psychopath who drives the search for a cheap drug rush and the next big thing.
When the crew has no other way out, the three put everything on a map in a series of daring and dangerous raids that would have taken them out for the rest of their lives.
