Set 300 years after the events of the critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Yotei tells a standalone story set in 17th-century rural Japan: Atsu, a lonely mercenary tormented by her past, travels through the beautiful and rugged landscape of northern Japan on her quest for vendetta against those who who wiped out their entire family years ago.

Sixteen years later, Atsu traverses the unexplored Ezo in search of the six outlaws who killed her family, and finds far more than retribution.   

In the course of her journey, Atsu meets unusual allies and makes friendships she never expected before.
