When kung fu prodigy Li Fong (Ben Wang) moves to New York City with his mother, he finds support with a new classmate and her father. But the peace is short-lived when Li involuntarily attracts the attention of the local karate master. To defend himself and his new friends, Li competes in the ultimate karate competition.
