The story:
One ordinary day, the peaceful town of Willamette in the state of Colorado is quarantined by the U.S. Army. Frank West, a freelance reporter, senses a story and smuggles himself into the city's shopping center. Unfortunately, shortly after its arrival, it is overrun by countless zombies and turns into hell on earth. Help is coming in 72 hours – until then, it's up to Frank to uncover the truth behind this incident!

Realistic graphics, reborn by the RE Engine:
All the graphics, including the characters and environments, have been renewed and significantly improved compared to the original game. The facial expressions of the characters, surfaces and blood look much more realistic.Overwhelming hordes of zombies fill the screen with completely remastered graphics!

More fluid and player-friendly:
The gameplay of the original remains intact, but various improvements have been made for a more comfortable gaming experience, such as autosaves, revised controls, an improved user interface and many other details. The full soundtrack also provides more immersion.

Spend 72 hours as you are funny:
The story takes place in a huge shopping mall. Use standard weapons such as pistols and baseball bats, or household items of your choice, depending on your preference. When it comes to survival, anything goes! Help other survivors and – while you're at it – try your way through the fashion pieces of the mall's numerous shops. Just don't forget that under these extreme conditions, zombies are not your only problem, but also previously inconspicuous personalities completely turn the wheel. Who is more dangerous, zombies or humans?
