In the first Star Wars FPS video game, players take on the role of Kyle Katarn, a defector from the Galactic Empire who enlists as a mercenary. Katarn joins the Rebel Alliance's covert operations division, tasked with infiltrating the Galactic Empire, where he discovers the Dark Troopers' secret project. The development of this powerful new series of Imperial battle droids and powerful armored stormtroopers threatens to increase the Empire's power across the galaxy if Qatarn and the Rebel Alliance do not intervene.
