Description
In the life simulation game Pokémon Pokopia, developed by KOEI TECMO GAMES and coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, fans can create their own Pokémon paradise.
The protagonist of the game is a Ditto who has transformed to look like a human. As a Ditto, fans can explore the game world and learn moves from the Pokémon they befriend, such as Bulbasaur's Foliage to grow grass or Squirtle's Aqua Gun to water thirsty plants. This allows them to expand their skills and create a welcoming environment that attracts a variety of Pokémon.
Fans can collect materials, craft furniture, plant vegetables, and build Pokémon Shelters to relax with Pokémon and build a cozy life—all from the ground up. Over time, fans will be able to design their own city and invite other players or Pokémon to visit. In addition, Pokémon Pokopia has a day-night cycle that matches that of real time, different weather conditions, and in-game locations with unique characteristics.
